inData Corporation Hires David Gallivan as Director of Software Development
Arizona based litigation technology provider brings in highly experienced software architect to lead development efforts.

inData Corporation announced today that inData has hired accomplished software architect, David Gallivan, to lead development efforts. Derek Miller, President and CEO, explained, "With the ever-changing landscape of the litigation technology industry, we brought David Gallivan onboard to diversify our collective skill-set and lead our software development teams into the next phase of growth. In addition to extensive experience in management, his talents as a seasoned software engineer were very attractive to our team. David will be an integral part of the launch of future technologies and enhancements to existing products." Miller continues, "In addition to an ongoing dedication to our customers, our focus at inData is innovation and evolution; David is a very important piece of that vision."
Gallivan has spent over 20 years in the software development industry. He has extensive experience in software architecture, network management and engineering in software companies spanning numerous industries and applications. Prior to joining inData, David was the Chief Technology Officer for ImageTag, a provider of transactional content management software. He was Chief Software Architect at both Republic Project, a Web 2.0 music experience site, and Bright Spot Media, a Web-based consumer application provider. David was also Director at eInstruction, an educational software manufacturer, and in engineering and network management at Cyclone Commerce and SalesLogix.

Gallivan is an Early Achiever Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for .NET. He holds two United States patents as well as a patent pending from his work at ImageTag. Gallivan holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Chapman University in Electronics and Computer Science.
