Derek Miller, President and CEO of inData Corporation, announced today that Tammy Doss, a highly experienced litigation technology professional, has joined the inData team as the new Director of Emerging Technologies. “Due to our continued evolution as a provider of award-winning trial software, we are excited to bring Tammy Doss on board to help drive our vision and serve our customers. She will be an integral part of developing and executing our go-to-market strategies for upcoming technology solutions due out later this year.” Miller continues, “Tammy has a unique and diverse background in the litigation support field. We will leverage her experience with eDiscovery services and tools, hosted review applications and her expertise in all stages of the EDRM to expand upon our solution offerings.”
Doss has spent over eleven years providing litigation support and eDiscovery services to the legal community. During her tenure at Encore Discovery Solutions (now Epiq systems), she managed a national team of more than 30 project managers providing support to law firms, corporations, service providers, and government agencies on projects involving numerous types of litigation. She established best practices, protocols, procedures, and training programs for customer-facing personnel to enhance the overall client experience. Most recently, Tammy was the Vice President of Client Services at Syngence Software, a provider of eDiscovery analysis software.

Doss has held positions in sales management, client services, professional services and project management with Encore, Lex Solutio Corporation, Syngence, and Epiq Systems. She previously served as a Chapter Director within Women in eDiscovery, an organization that promotes networking and educational opportunities for women in the litigation support field.
Doss has delivered educational seminars for several organizations, e.g. Phoenix College, Women in eDiscovery, and the New York State Bar Association
