Ryan Culley Joins inData Corporation as Technical Support Manager

Twenty year veteran in technical service and support joins leading provider of trial technology to enhance customer experience.

inData Corporation announced today that Ryan Culley has joined the inData team as the new Manager of Technical Support. Culley has managed technical service and support functions for nearly twenty years. He has worked in organizations ranging from small, entrepreneurial start-ups to large, established organizations such as the Arizona Department of Environment Quality and the University of Phoenix. During his time at the University of Phoenix, his team supported over 10,000 staff members.

According to Culley, "I am excited to join inData and to contribute to the company's continued growth. We are refining the technical support protocols, further raising the education and certification levels of our technicians and building on what was already a solid foundation. Culley is a Microsoft Certified Professional, well-versed in ITIL processes and is A+ certified. Culley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

inData Corporation announced today that inData has hired accomplished software architect, David Gallivan, to lead development efforts. In addition to extensive experience in management, his talents as a seasoned software engineer were very attractive to our team. Gallivan has spent over 20 years in the software development industry. He has extensive experience in software architecture, network management and engineering in software companies spanning numerous industries and applications. Prior to joining inData, David was the Chief Technology Officer for ImageTag, a provider of transactional content management software. He was Chief Software Architect at both Republic Project, a Web 2.0 music experience site, and Bright Spot Media, a Web-based consumer application provider. David was also Director at eInstruction, an educational software manufacturer, and in engineering and network management at Cyclone Commerce and SalesLogix.
