TrialDirector® Selected by the Executive Office for United States Attorneys

inData to provide trial presentation software and training support in multi-year contract

March 2, 2015 (Gilbert, Arizona) - inData Corporation, a provider of software and trial services for legal professionals, announced that the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) has selected TrialDirector software for preparing, managing and presenting trial evidence throughout all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  As part of a multi-year licensing and service agreement, inData is also providing advanced training for attorneys, paralegals and technicians who will be using and supporting the software.

New updates for TrialDirector, TrialDirector for iPad, DepoView for iPad

New updates for TrialDirector^®, TrialDirector for iPad^® and DepoView for iPad^®were released on February 2, 2015. 

TrialDirector 6.8 
This update includes a number of customer requests and features for improved usability and other productivity performance enhancements, including:

• Additional cloud storage default paths in “Send Workbook to TrialDirector for iPad” 
• Added ability for naming PDFs created from selected items
• On-the-Fly creation report 
• Custom Exhibit Label creation in Annotation Tools 
• Selected annotation indicator change when using hotkeys

TrialDirector for iPad
The TrialDirector for iPad update includes new integration with Box.net^® and Microsoft OneDrive^® cloud services. Also included in the update are improved swipe gestures and the ability to position callouts on an external display. See the App Store for more details. 

DepoView for iPad
Integration with Box.net and Microsoft OneDrive are available in the latest update to DepoView for iPad. Additional features include improved clip management of WAV audio depositions and Clip editing. Go to the App Store for the latest DepoView for iPad.

New Product Updates:

On September 17, 2014, inData released new updates for TrialDirector, TrialDirector for iPad, TimeCoder Pro, DepoView and DepoView for iPad.

TrialDirector 6.7
New features include performance enhancements that significantly speed the loading and display of large files, as well as new customizable printing and export options. TrialDirector for iPad -
The user interface for TrialDirector for iPad was updated for iOS 7/8.  Additionally, the highlighting was improved and the call-outs were extended beyond the width of the image. See the App Store for more details.

TimeCoder Pro 6.7 -
We received some great feedback from customers and included some of that feedback in the update to TimeCoder Pro.  Specifically, the addition of several shortcut keys to more quickly navigate video depositions and the option to adjust seek intervals down to .001 seconds for improved precision in clip creation.  We expect these incremental changes to add value, even as we continue preparing for the release in the near future of an all new version with significant performance and feature upgrades.
